On 26 July 2016, the ACROSS partners presented the results of the project at the Final Conference 'Greening Transversal Skills in Europe - Methods and tools of the ACROSS project as a contribution to sustainable jobs and communities'. The conference was hosted by the European Economic and Social Committee.
At the beginning of the meeting, Sandra Rainero, Project Coordinator, presented the outputs of the project, together with the representatives of ACLI DE, TIETGEN, FORCOOP CORA, WINNOVAE and I.F.O.A, the project's partners.
The presentation was followed by a panel discussion on the role of green skills in a greening economy. Speakers included Nuria Moyes Prellezo, representing the European Commission, more specifically the European Skills Competences Qualifications and Occupations Secretariat, Charles Debert, Director of the AFPA training centres of Lomme and Hazebrouck, and the co-founders of the start-up Beescover, Anna Pozzatello, Giulia Carozzan.
