OUTPUT 1: Inside the Discourse and Practice on Greening Economies and Transversal Skills – The Across Knowledge Toolkit
The document aims to codify the knowledge accumulated in previous partners’ work and international experience, consolidating and exchanging experiences on standards, indicators and benchmarks regarding three main issues of transversal skills and greening economies, namely:

Models of assessment, validation and certification of transversal skills and key Competence profiles, with focus on soft skills;

The features and needs of soft and portable skills in models of labour market forecast;

Definition of quality career guidance, counselling and support services fostering transversal and entrepreneurial skills to bridge the gap with the labour market needs of the identified "green sectors".
The document is based on a mix of desk research, interviews and peer review.

OUTPUT 3: Trasversal Skills Assessment - Manual for the Assessment of Green Transversal Skills (User Guidelines and Outcome Assessment)
The document is a concrete tool to involve the wider users of the related tools.
The output is developed as two separate but intertwined tools, the first online tool for direct use of workers, the second as a set of guidelines and tools for professional competence:

The tool consists of a number of matrices that correspond to the 5 ACROSS areas of transversal green skills.
OUTPUT 4: Toolkit
The document aims to support the development of specific competences for the transition to green jobs/entrepreneurial ideas. It is also a training tool embedded in ECVET standard to be used in LLL and/or initial training strategies as a guidance tool, that trainers can use to help beneficiaries develop a plan with personal/professional objectives, to accompany job placement, professional development or career change.
The ACROSS toolkit provides background and support material to implement guidance and capacity-building programs and initiatives for the identified target groups.
The online toolkit (http://acrossonlinetool.eu), containing different instruments and activities – the cards – can be used by coaches, trainers, teachers, counsellors and people working with groups or individuals that can benefit from the material uploaded on the online tool to integrate or create a path for their specific target.
OUTPUT 5: Forecasting Relevant Green Transversal Green Skills
The document aims to support companies, in particular SMEs, to plan HR needs. It is also useful for VET providers planning new trainings or developing their own processes of guidance and counselling. It is a blended tool with a mix of ICT and professional support services.
